Sandra Ann Blair

Sandra Ann Blair, 60, of Powell, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Sandy loved spending time with her husband and friends riding the Harley. She loved being around her family. She was very giving and had a tender heart and would help anyone at anytime. She was well loved by her family and friends. Sandy was preceded in death by Alvin Harper (father); Joan Smith Harper (mother); and Darius Atkins (grandson). She is survived by Jerry Blair (husband); Daughters, Debbie McCall (Jason); April Burnette (Jason); Kendra Atkins (Chris). Sons, Randy Blair (Kelly); Chris Blair; and Logan Blair (Whitney). Brothers, Alvin Harper, Jr. and Jimmy Harper. Sisters, Mary Ann Bailey and Chrissie York. Grandchildren, Kaylan Everhart; Tyler Burnette; Carson Burnette; Luke McCall; Camilla Blair; Elizabeth Blair; River Blair; Dafney Blair; Damien Atkins; Donavan Atkins and Silas Blair. Great Grandchild, Brylee Everhart. Special Niece, Angie Chester and several loving Nieces and Nephews. Family will have a private viewing. Graveside Service will be conducted with Family and Friends Wednesday, October 25, 2017, 1:00pm at Berry Highland South Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.
