Robert E. Wallace Jr.

Robert E. Wallace Jr., age 86, of Seymour, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Bob was a longtime member of Seymour First Baptist Church, and was retired from TDOT as a District Engineer, Project Manager. He was a former Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 155, Knoxville and loved going on mission trips with Church St. United Methodist and Concord Baptist Churches to South America, Central America and various Appalachian regions. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working and traveling. He served proudly as a US Marine.

He was preceded in death by parents, Robert Elwood and Louise Cardwell Wallace and brother, Richard Ray Wallace. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his devoted wife of nearly 65 years, Roberta Bridges Wallace; son, Dr. Robert Jeffrey Wallace and wife Dana E.; grandsons, Robert Tanner Wallace and wife Elizabeth B, Dr. Trevor A. Wallace; great-grandson, Robert Easton Wallace; brother, Dan W. Wallace and wife Judy Mason; and other extended family and friends.

The family will hold a Private Interment at Berry Highland South Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Bruce Yates.
