Rebecca Ann Oakley

Rebecca Ann Oakley, born February 4, 1963 to Samuel and Diana Hill, passed away, September 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. To know Becky was to love Becky; she didn't know a stranger. She was compassionate, kind, and giving, with a heart of gold. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Caitlyn Oakley; parents, Samuel and Diana Hill; brother, Joseph Hill; mother in-law, Dorothy P. Ogle; father in-law, Eugene Oakley; brother in-law, Danny Oakley; and sister in-law, Donna Sue Nipper. Becky is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Tommy Oakley; son, Samuel (Tiffany Watson) Oakley; grandson, Axle Brian "Jarred" Oakley; sisters, Janet Daniels, Sharon (John) Tillison, and Diane (Paul) Kopfer; brothers, Steven Hill (Ann), Michael (Candice) Hill; sisters in-law, Julie Hill, Clara (Archie) Howe and Diana Oakley; brother in-law, Oscar Nipper; very special friends, Toby and Marilyn; and many other family and friends. Family will receive friends Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with Rosary service to follow at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:30 am at Berry Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, for an 11:30 am interment service.
