Mark was retired from AT&T. He loved Tennessee Football (even if they were losing), Nascar, creating things through 3D printing, RC (remote control) cars and the community of people that came with it.
He is preceded in death by his father,Paul Wayne Jones; sister, Karen Dawn Jones; grandparents, James and Wilma Gott Polly and Earnest Jones; and mother-in-law, Shirley Etherton Killion.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Mendy Killion Jones; children, Madelyn Ferrell, Nickolas Carter, Audriana Berry, Haley Roderick, Lacey Hatfield (Patrick), Andrew Roderick and bonus son: Joshua Wallace; mother, Sandra Kay Vicars; brothers, Wayne Jones (Gina), Anthony Jones; sister, Chanda Lawson; grandmother, Audrey Jones; father-in-law, Issac Wade Killion; brother-in-law, Boyd Killion (Tara);
grandchildren, Kiana Rayne McMahan, Elaina Piper Hatfield, Neyland Andrew Campbell; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that are considered family.
"I would like to give a special thank you to the huge RC community for coming together and loving on him with not only prayers and encouragement but an awesome benefit event that gave him one more day of running cars. He absolutely loved it! I don’t mention names for fear of leaving someone out, but we love all of you so much", Mendy.
Services for Mark will be held on Tuesday August 23, 2022,at Berry Highland South, 9010 E. Simpson Rd., Knoxville, TN 37920, with a visitation from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, followed by a memorial service to honor Mark's life at 7:00pm.
