CLAIBORNE, Mark Allen, age 51, of Knoxville, went to join those who had gone before him into God’s Heavenly Kingdom on October 4, 2014. A loving father and husband, Mark never met a stranger and was a true friend. Preceded in death by grandparents; Rice and Mayme Claiborne; brother, Christopher Claiborne and father-in-law, Oscar Frost, Jr. Mark is survived by wife, Janet Claiborne; daughter, Molly Claiborne; parents, Paul and Jewell Claiborne; brothers: Tim, Matt, and Scott Claiborne; sisters: Pam Lawson and Candus Claiborne and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm, Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Lynnhurst Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive.
