Lissa Louise Gibbs, age 66, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022 in her home. Lissa was born June 8, 1956. She was a beautiful, intelligent, loving daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend. Lissa was raised in South Knoxville, a graduate of South High School and the University of Tennessee. She was a free spirit, an avid Tennessee Vols fan, dog lover (Stephanie), and was a retired realtor, Knoxville Association of Realtors.
Lissa is preceded in death by her parents, Willis E. Gibbs and Christine Elliott Gibbs; and sister-in-law, Carla Jo Crabtree Gibbs.
She leaves behind her brothers, Jerry (Lindee) Gibbs, David (Ramona) Gibbs, Mark Gibbs; special sister, Cindy (Bill) Rooks; nieces, Dena Gibbs, Kristin Gibbs, Lisa Gibbs Brummett, and Erin Rooks Baber; nephews, Randy Gibbs and Critt Gibbs; as well as many special friends and neighbors.
Family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 PM Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM.
