Linda Sue Bell, age 73, of Sevierville, Tennessee went to be with our Lord on Friday, September 29, 2023. She was a loving wife, sister and friend. Linda was the definition of a wonderful, caring and loving mother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and tending to her flowers. Linda was deeply loved by all who met her, even thru her illness you could not help but to love her. She had a kindness and love that radiated all around her. Linda will continue to be cherished and sorely missed by all. She was retired from Oozx USA. Linda was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of almost 40 years, Roland Bell; parents, Calvin and Goldie Hood; mother and father-in-law, Elizabeth and Cloyd Bell and infant brother, Sullivan Hood.
Linda is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Tabitha Bell; daughter and son-in-law, Joann and Alvin Corum; grandchildren: Tristin (Eric) Esterl, Gracie Bell, Grant (Kaitlin) Corum, Morgan Corum, Courtney (Britton) Patterson, Bryce Abbott; great grandchildren: Frasier and Freya Esterl, Henley and Lewis Patterson; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Bill Mynatt; brother, Tommy Hood; brothers and sisters-in-law: Randy and Sandy Bell, Steve and Cindy Bell, Ruth Swartout and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Brookdale of Sevierville and Sacred Ground Hospice House for the love shown to our Mom.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 2, 2023 between the hours of 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville with a service to begin at 8:00 PM with Rev. David Jeffers officiating. Family and friends will meet Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Stock Creek Cemetery, 8106 Martin Mill Pike, Knoxville for an 11:00 AM Interment. Donnie Bell, Alvin Corum, Grant Corum, Bryce Abbott, Britton Patterson and Bill Mynatt will be serving as pallbearers.
