Beloved and loving daughter of Earl and Martelia (Tillie) Ketner is now free of pain from kidney disease and the effects of a massive stroke on June 27, 2022. She was a christian and her faith helped her thru her illness.
Kimberly is survived by loving parents; beloved brother, Jeff Ketner; special nephew, Jason Ketner; special nieces, Kaylee Ketner and Madison Ketner; uncles, Bill Cook, Eugene Ketner and many cousins.
To her friends and present and past coworkers at Laurel Crest Resort - thank you for your kindness, thoughts, and prayers. A special thank you to Dr. Moore and the staff at Fort Sanders 5th Floor Neurology ICU for your service, kindness and compassion.
Kim loved her cats - Kiki, Sly, Zola and Ellie the Parrot at Laurel Crest. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, a local animal shelter or charity of your choice.
The family will receive friends Monday, July 11, 2022 between the hours of 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the chapel of McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home, 7426 Asheville Hwy with a service to follow at 7:00pm.
