He was a devoted husband, loving father and a proud and great papaw! Kenneth was born May 13,1944 to Claude and Lewxie Bohanan in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was the youngest of 8 children. He has now been reunited with his dad, mom and brothers and sisters: Vera West, Dorothy Minton, Nevila Cunningham, Myrna Logan, Rena England, James Bohanan and John Bohanan.
Kenneth proudly served our country in the United States Army from 1963-1967 and fought in Vietnam. While stationed in Hawaii, he met the love of his life, Bobbie. After returning home to Tennessee, they soon married and started a family.
Kenneth loved fishing, watching old westerns, playing the lottery and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was extremely proud of them and had his heart.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Bobbie Bohanan; children and their spouses that he loved very much, Debbie and Chet McHaffie, Kenny and Joy Bohanan; grandchildren, Kayla Nichole "Bug" and Dylan Fox, Jessica Paige, Camden Gage, Kacie Taylor and Staton Malachi. He is also survived by his 2 great-grandchildren, Maverick Wayne "Bumper" and Motley Wren "Smiley Girl".
The family will honor Kenneth's wishes and no services will be held. He will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten!
