Latham, Kay, age 68, of Corryton, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010. Member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. Preceded in death by parents, Edward Carmichael, Sr. and Mary Kathryn Everhart and husband, Sonny Latham; grandson, Robert Rowlett.
Survivors include children, Claude Latham and wife, Donna D., Perry Latham, and Sara Latham; grandchildren, Anthony Swartz, Donna Marie Latham, Christina Kay Latham, and Jody Kay Latham; great grandchildren Nakarah Kay Stephenson; sisters, Olive Clore and husband Walt; brother, Edward Eugene Carmichael, Jr. and wife Linda; ex-brother-in-law, Jim Wilson. Several nieces and nephews.
The service will be at 6 pm Thursday in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Jim Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends after the service.
