Karen Payne, age 73 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021.Preceded in death by daughter, Tammy Sue Baker; son, Kevin Scott Walters; brother, Danny Simpson; sister, Cindy Testerman. Survived by husband, Donald Payne; daughter, Sandra Lee Ricci (John); grandsons, Thomas Cole, Michael Cole, Brandon Baker; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Shirley Hankins, Pat Hendard, Roger Simpson, Cathy Keys, and Dwayne Simpson, Family will receive friends Tuesday at Weaver’s Chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm with service to follow at 7:00 pm.
