Judith Laverne Rice

Judith LaVerne Rice 12/5/1938 – 7/23/15 was lead home by the hand of God after a long battle with Cancer. She had a smile that could brighten any day and a heart that had room to love many. She lived for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. And because of this she was always offering kind words of encouragement. She knew when to hug, when to scold, and when to just let the cards lay. She was truly a beautiful woman and anyone that had the privilege to know her was a better person for it. She will be deeply missed.

She left behind 3 children: William Dale Rice, Lori Kay Loveday and LaDonna Rae Hayes; a step daughter, Tki Davidson and her significant other Larry Childers; five grandchildren, Christopher Keith Rice and his wife, Misty Rice, Joshua Ashley Rice, Colleen Hardison and her husband Jamie Hardison, Amber Rae Fellows and her husband Bryan Fellows, and Brittany Ann Hayes; and six great grandchildren, Michael, Brooklynn, Austen, Kamron, Jadyn and Kyler. Family and friends will gather at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive at 3;00pm, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 to share memories and celebrate the life of Judith Rice. The interment will follow at 4pm in Lynnhurst Cemetery, Pasro Matt Cooke officiating.
