Joan Marie McMahan

Joan Marie McMahan, age 60, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Marie was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time on her patio outside with a cold Coke in hand. Marie also loved going to concerts with her daughter Crystal Summers. Her most favorite and recent concert she went to was to Lynyrd Skynyrd where she had the biggest smile on her face the whole time. Marie always loved getting visits from Seirra and the loving support from her son David, who was always there for her. She is preceded in death by her husband Tony McMahan and parents Joseph and Iva Searing. Marie is survived by children David (Amy) Huskey Jr., Tiffany Young, Crystal (Dustin) Summers and Seirra McMahan; grandchildren Kyleigh Lamb, Alissa "Lissa" Summers, Mallori Lamb, Grayson Young, Layla Young, Jacob Houghtelling, Zayne Newman and Akasha Roman. She also leaves behind best friends, Donnie Williams, Jamie Merle, Sheila Lamb, Brian and wife Jamie, Becky and Carla. An Inurnment Service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 3pm at Berry Highland South in the Garden of Eden.
