SMITH, JEFFREY LYNN - age 57 of Knoxville, passed away February 18, 2012 at his home. He was an Air Force Veteran. Preceded in death by parents, William and Ruth Haggard Smith and brother, Allen Smith. Survived by wife, Robin Smith; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Sarah Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Gerald (Bubba) Lankford; grandchildren, Hope Smith, Samantha Smith and Keegan Mier; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wallace and Linda and Kenneth and Brenda Smith; brothers-in-law, Rick Melton and Frank (Diane) Melton; sister-in-law, Vickie (Mark) Smelser; best friend, Steve Ballard. A very special thanks to all his brothers and sisters in uniform at Knox County Sheriffs Dept.
