James Craig Anthony, 75, of Knoxville, TN previously of West Palm Beach, FL (Anthony Groves) passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022. He graduated FSU, class of '68, where he was a member of Sigma Chi. Craig was a proud officer in the US Navy. He was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Polly Anthony; brother, Carl Anthony Jr. Craig is survived by wife, Joyce Anthony; children, Sean (Amber) Anthony, Kristen (Bill) Gardner, Amanda (Bobby) McCarter, Nicholas (Danielle) Anthony; 7 grandchildren, Leah, Jenna, Jaden, Elijah, Ariana, Cooper and Brooks; brother, Marvin (Dottie) Anthony; sister, Kitty Driggers; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Thursday, March 31st from 5-7pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
