Rutherford, Hilda Elaine (57) of Knoxville passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014. She was a member of Open Arms Ministries. Hilda was a volunteer for Tennessee Valley Fair for 25 years. She was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Mandy Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Richard Rutherford. Family will receive friends Tuesday December 30, 2014 from 5-7pm at Open Arms Ministries located at 4701 High School Road with service to follow at 7pm.
