Helen L. Davis Valentine age 85 of Knoxville, passed away September 20, 2018. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling. Helen was preceded in death by husband, Carl Valentine; daughter Shirley Pyle; parents, Bruce and Edith Davis; sisters, Mildred Moneymaker, Evelyn Davis and Barbara Tipton. Survived by sons, Bruce and wife, Sharon, Howard and wife, Yanmin and Charles Valentine; 5 granddaughters and 5 grandsons; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchild; sister, Dora Gibson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Sunday at Weaver’s Chapel with the service to follow at 7 pm. Rev. Rick Lemons officiating.
