Gene Levy, 78, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 18, 2018. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church, in Knoxville, Tennessee. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. Gene retired from Southeast Solutions in 2012. An avid sports fan, he loved UT, Badgers and the Packers.
Preceded in death by his parents, Rudy and Millie, as well as his brother Joe; and nephew, Tim Levy.
Gene is survived by wife Nancy; sister, Jan (Jim) Hooker; son, Steve (Angie) Levy; daughter, Lisa (Rob) Johnson; step-daughter, Tammy Newman; step-son, Anthony Walles; grandchildren, Megan (Jordan) Robinson, Amanda Levy, Joshua Johnson and Darryl Johnson; and nieces, Julie, Jamie and Jenny.
There will be a Graveside Service on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 3:00 pm in Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. Pastor Delmar Loy will officiate.
