He is preceded in death by parents Lillie Martha Sise and James A. Sise Sr. and brother James A. Sise Jr.
Sam is survived by his wife of 17 years Angel Sise; children Justin Sise, Samantha Sise, Jim Chandler and Liston Chandler Jr.; granddaughters Kaylyn Brown and Halstyn Chandler; siblings Jane Ogle, Audrey Kochert, Nita Rolen and a large loving family.
The family welcomes friends to a Visitation at Berry Highland South on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 12pm-2pm with a Funeral Service at 2pm and a Graveside Service to follow.
