Frances Hart Smith age 88 of Kodak, passed away December 5, 2024. She attended First Baptist Church of Sevierville. Frances retired from Knoxville Board of Education. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Horace Malcolm Smith; parents, Robert and Emma Hart; sister, Emma Faye Scarbrough. She is survived by sister, Virginia (Don) Summitt; brother, Robert Earl (Brenda) Hart; brother-in-law, Bill Scarbrough; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 12:45 pm Wednesday December 11th at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on Lyons View Pike for a committal service at 1 pm.
