Survived by sister Jeanette Lindsey & husband J.C.; son Johnny E. & wife Donna, daughter Elaine Butler & husband Craig, son Douglas J. & wife Janet; nephew Stephen McTeer & wife Mary; nieces Cathie Hainsworth & Carole Ann Lindsey; grandsons John Butler & wife Tasha, Kevin Butler & wife Erica;

step granddaughters Jessica Stafford & husband Terry, Cristey Pelfrey & husband Donnie; great grandson Jordan Butler & step great grandchildren Trace Stafford and Brooke Stafford; special friends Mike & Carolyn Toney, Andy and Geneva Higginbotham, Dan and Edith Foutch.
