She was a member of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School. Jean was a 1951 graduate of Knoxville High School and attended the University of Tennessee Business College. She retired from the University of Tennessee in the testing and evaluation center after 41 years as Assistant Director.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mabel Reynolds; brothers, Chester Reynolds Jr., Richard Reynolds, Charles Reynolds, Lawrence Reynolds and sister, Sue Hunt.
Jean is survived by sisters, Dorothy Sexton (Bob), Alice Faye Williams (Bob), Elizabeth Jones (Donald); many nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held in the parlors of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 9:00-11:00am. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery, 4500 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, Wednesday, December 16, 2020 for a 1:00pm Interment officiated by Rev. Rhonda Hobbs.
