McCauley, Debra Marlene -age 57 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 30, 2010. Debby worked for 30 years as a secretary for the Political Science Department at U.T. She was also of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by father, Jack A. Pierce. Debby is survived by husband of 20 years, Michael McCauley; mother, Virginia (Elliott) Pierce; sister, Karen and husband, Lynn Headrick; nephew, Justin Thompson; niece, Kara Thompson and several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday, September 3, 2010 in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM, Rev.
