David E. Johnson III, age 22, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 2, 2017. David attended South Doyle High School and graduated 2012. David loved fishing and spending time with his family, especially his niece Brooklynn. He is survived by mother, Michelle Johnson and father David Johnson Jr. (Katie Johnson); sister, Jessica Johnson; niece, Brooklynn Young; grandparents, Kenneth and Wanda Bettis and David and Imogene Johnson; aunt, Lisa Taylor; uncle, James Bettis and several cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm with Rev.
