Darlina Sue Morrell

She was born in Key West, Florida June 23, 1951 to Forrest David Ogle Jr. and Nancy Jean King. Sue was a retired nurse who dedicated over 40 years to caring for people's loved ones. She was the beloved wife of Richard David Morrell of Chicago, IL for 35 years. Loving Mom to Robert Liapis (Candy), Tina (Jerry) Huskey, Marcie Sulick, Charline (Tim) Ertl, Scott Morrell, and Rochelle (Jay) Skowronek. Cherished YA YA of Sammy, Michael Jr. (Amber), Chris (Dallas), Jacob, Joshua, Breeanna, Zoey, Alexis, Maryah, River, Stephanie, Amber, Justin, Jerry, Brian (Jenny) and Brent; proud Great-Grandmother of 8: Alayna, Jameson, Conner, Elijah, Jade, Timothy, Brody and Marley.

Sue is survived by her 6 brothers: Glenn, Mark, Michael, Tim, Jeff, Rick; 3 sisters: Margaret Ann, Carol and Robyn. Sue will forever be carried in the hearts of special friends: Susan Emory, Sandy Babineau and Maryann Huskey who she leaves behind. She was loved by many. You may have met Sue but you were loved by YA YA.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 2, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM for a family gathering, word of prayer and last goodbyes before going in procession to Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701 for a 1:00 PM Interment. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer live plants so that life may go on. Serving as Pallbearers: Bobby, Jerry, Jacob, Joshua, Jr and Chris.
