Danny Jay Taylor

Danny Jay Taylor, age 65, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly June 3, 2024. He was a devoted father, loving Peepaw, and cherished friend. He lived a life filled with warmth, laughter, and kindness. Throughout his life, Danny touched the hearts of many with his generosity and compassion. He was known for his unwavering integrity, his passion for sheet metal fabrication, billiards, fishing, and most importantly his love for his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents, John and Rosalie Taylor; daughter, Wenonah Taylor; sister, Sherry Maynard; brother-in-law, Dennis Maynard

Survived by daughter, Lucinda (Nathan) Reid; grandchildren: Gracie Strader, Blakely Hutchison; sister and brother-in-law, Vicky and David Houser; nephews, Warren Sublett, Roy Matthews and numerous extended family members.

The family will receive friends Saturday, June 22, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Beulah Methodist Church, 907 Kimberlin Heights Rd., Knoxville with a service to begin at 7:00 PM.
