Clarence Frank Owens, Jr., born 5/21/36, passed away on 6/16/21 at the age of 85. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Frank Owens, Sr. and Chelsie V. Spickard Owens, and his two sisters Audrey Bruhin and Shirley Shipley. He is survived by his son and daughter-n-law, Michael S. and Genie Owens; and his 4 daughters and son-n-laws, Pamela K. and Victor Kerley, Kimberly D. and Gary Cranford, Tonya D. and Ty Ballinger, and Bridgitte M. and James Mase III. His is also survived by his grandchildren, Christy Harris, Scott Kerley, Jessica Dockins, Haley Lett, Ryan Cranford, Blake Cranford, Anthony Cranford, Colton Ballinger, Chesni LaRue, Niquelle Mase, and James "Jay" Mase IV, and numerous great grandchildren. Due to COVID concerns, the family is having a private graveside ceremony. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to any U.S. Veterans Administration charity or the American Cancer Society.
