Cherys A. Zimmerman, age 70, of Knoxville, passed away Monday May 1, 2017. She was retired from the East TN Comprehensive Hemophilia Center at UT Hospital. Preceded in death by husband, Larry Zimmerman; and father, Walter Allshouse. Survived by mother, Abigail Allshouse; daughter, Danielle Kennedy and husband Matt; grandchildren, Natia Shrout and husband Mikey, Ariana Stinnett and husband Dalton, Charlie Roberts, James Brogdon, Raevyn Cookson and husband Brandon; great grandchildren, Avery, Oliver, Ayva, Elaina, Alyah; brother, Les Allshouse and wife Faith; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 pm Saturday with the funeral to follow at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr. Interment will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery.
