Brent Nipper, age 61, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 15, 2018, after a brief illness. Born and raised in South Knoxville, Brent was a 1976 graduate of Doyle High School. Brent worked in the Kitchen Design business for over 35 years and most recently at Walmart. He was a member of Mt Olive Baptist Church. Brent was a gifted piano player. He was preceded in death by mother, Bonnie Nipper. Brent is survived by wife of 38 years, Ruth Osborne Nipper; son, John- Henry Nipper and his finance, Destiny Dawson; father, John W. Nipper; sister, Maree Smith (Ed); brothers, Mark Nipper (Gloria); and Bill Nipper; father-in-law, Rev. Kenneth Osborne; sisters-in-law, Sheila Elliott (Jeff), Marlene Wilson, and Janice Lilley; brothers-in-law, David Osborne (Charlotte) and Jonathan Osborne (Alisha); and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday, October 18, 2018 in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to follow at 7:00 pm, Rev David Evans officiating.
