Brenda Cheryl Edington

Brenda Cheryl Edington, age 75, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023. She retired after 22 years of work at LabCorp. Brenda loved traveling, coloring, crafting, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Sheridan Edington; parents, James Hershel and Jessie Lou Black; brother, John W. Black; grandson, Austin Paul; and beloved dog, Mr. Wiggles.

She leaves behind her daughters: Cynthia Sharp, Kelly Hartman (Greg), Michelle Coleman (Don); son, Matthew Edington (Kristi); brother, Richard Black; grandchildren: Tara, Christopher, Jacinda, Tanner, Dakota, Dylan, and Gary; great-grandchildren: Jajuan, Caden, Jenna, and Lexis; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 PM Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will proceed to Stock Creek Cemetery for a 3:30 PM graveside service following the receiving of friends.
