Betty Ruth Bryant WHITAKER Coffman, age 81, died on December 8, 2015 from complications with vascular disease. Betty was born in Evarts, Kentucky on January 6, 1934. She was preceded in death by Rick Whitaker (1994) and Rex Coffman (2002); also longtime companion, Hank Bradley (2014). Betty is survived by her five children: Rick/Bill Whitaker, Pearl Ann Curran, Johnny Whitaker, Andy Whitaker and Joe Whitaker; her granddaughter Holly Earley, whom she raised; seven more grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 – 2:00 pm in the chapel of Berry-Lynnhurst Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
