Barbara Jean (Kitts) Brown, age 86, of Seymour, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021. Barbara was a hairdresser who enjoyed crafting, floral design and sewing throughout her life. She had an elaborate and extensive jewelry collection, some of which she made herself. She will always be remembered for her love of family and fun, traveling to craft shows and playing board games with her loved ones.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas and Laura Kitts; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bud and Evelyn Kitts, JT and Norma Kitts. She is survived and will be missed by her sons, Mark (Kim) Payne of Maryville, Tim (Gayle) Payne of Knoxville, Eddie Payne of Seymour; grandchildren, Evan Payne, Lucas Payne and Amy Williams; sister, Avis (AJ) Evans of Knoxville; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Services and Interment will be private per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, Barbara would want you to do a random act of kindness in her memory. Berry Highland South is honored to serve the family.
