Victor David Elliott

It is with profound sadness that we, Keith and Ruth Ann Elliott, tell you about our precious son, Victor. He was brother to Anne-Marie Chapple (Daniel), Tim Elliott (Kathy), and Miriam McArthur (Andrew); uncle to Seth, Annakke, Josiah, Mariemma, Zephan, Emanuel, Mateo and Isaiah; grand-son of Mary Ann Snider and Margaret Good; son of birth parents Barley Molina Mendoza and the late Silvia Solórzano Mendez. Victor's vibrant love of singing, his fascination with gathering extraordinary knowledge (and then sharing it), playing instruments, and his love for animals will always echo in our memories. He chose to end his life at the age of 35. He struggled at times with substance abuse and mental illness. He is at rest and we are resting in the knowledge of God's love and care for us even in the dark valley of the shadow of death. Thank you for your prayer support and understanding. We invite you to celebrate his life with us at a visitation on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Laurentian Hills Christian School (11 Laurentian Dr., Kitchener) from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. Family and friends are welcomed at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre (1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener) on Sunday, June 9 from 1-3 p.m., funeral service at 3 p.m.. Cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy, instead of flowers, personal monetary donations towards the funeral expenses would be appreciated.
