Passed away at home on Friday, June 17, 2022, at the age of 74 years.

Beloved husband of 50 years to Judy Zajac (née Schell). Wonderful father to Dennis and Richard. Loving Father-in-Law of Nancy (née McKean). Loved grandfather of Theresa and Dawson. Dear brother of Eddie. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anna, sister Cathy Zajac. Please come share memories and stories with us to honour John and enjoy the laughter and joy he brought to the lives of those who knew him. Cremation has taken place. John’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, on Sunday, July 3, 2022, where a Celebration of Life will be held from 1 – 3 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre, 835 King St. W., Kitchener, ON N2G 1G3.
