Alberto Sousa Fernandes

Passed away suddenly at St. Mary’s General Hospital on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the age of 43 years. Beloved husband of Jennifer Fernandes (nee Amorim). Dear father of Nicole and Nathan. Loved son of Maria Sousa Fernandes and son-in-law of Agatha and Tony Amorim. Dear brother of Francisco Fernandes, Rosa Pereira, Eusebio Fernandes, Ana Rodrigues, and brother-in-law of Jonathan Amorim. Also remembered and missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Antonio Fernandes. Alberto will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Alberto’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900) on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 305 Laurentian Dr., Kitchener, on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 10:30 am. Interment Williamsburg Cemetery.
