James L. Jackson, 63 of Davenport, passed away on May 13, 2014. James was born on August 21, 1950 in Monticello, Florida to Edward and Bertha (Martin) Jackson. James served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant. Along with his loving wife, Jeanette S. Jackson, James is survived by three Daughters and one Son, Cynthia (Orlando,Fl), Ellen(Deltona,Fl), Jamie(Davenport,Fl) & Thomas(Orlando,Fl) ; 9 Grandchildren, Ashley, Christina, Drew, Samantha, Raymond, Erin, Riley, Jorja ,& James.; 2 Great Grandchildren Josiah & Izabela ; and many Family and Friends that will miss him dearly.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Grissom Funeral Home from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held at 6:00pm, with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating.
