Charles L. Smith, 75, of Davenport, Florida passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Charles was born February 6, 1937 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Christopher and Josephine (Burns) Smith. He was married to his wife, Linda, for 12 wonderful years.
