Stephanie M. Nowell

Stephanie Meredith Nowell, born December 16, 1986 in Humble, Texas, died unexpectedly on March 31, 2010 in Waco, Texas at the age of 23. Stephanie grew up in Kingwood, TX attending Deerwood Elementary, Riverwood Middle School and graduating from Kingwood High School in 2005. She played on many community sports teams and was a member of the high school soccer team. Stephanie was also a member of Young Life Ministry and National Charity League. She attended Baylor University where she was a Senior. Stephanie will be remembered as an independent young woman who cherished her family and friends and who will be missed by them all. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Buck Nowell. She is survived by her devoted parents, Valerie and Mark Nowell; brother, Grant Nowell and his wife, Jenny; grandmother, Kathleen Nowell; maternal grandparents, Robert and Yvonne Serbin; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she loved deeply. Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 5, 2010 at Kingwood Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Second Baptist Church North Campus, 22770 Highway 59N, Kingwood, TX 77339.
