On August 31, 1944, Clifford Leon Case was born into this world; on August 26, 2016 he entered the gates of heaven. He was born in Jackson County, Missouri. His parents were Alfred and Mary (Bryant) Case. Cliff served in the United States Army from 1963 to 1969. He was a Teamster Truck Driver and spent the last 20+ years driving for ABF Freight Lines where he received numerous awards and recognition for Outstanding Safety Performance. Cliff retired in January, 2013. Cliff was a devoted and loving husband to his wife, Deborah (Graf) Case and stepfather to Deana Fuhr, Belinda Luke (Casie), and Krista Burleson (Dan). His grandchildren were the light of his life - Avery Fuhr, Tate Burleson, Harrison Luke, Adler Burleson, Oliver Luke, and Piper Luke. He was a loving brother-in-law to Lana McElroy, Marcia Pfeiffer, Dee Rhodes (Chuck), and Claudia Turek (Gary). Cliff enjoyed playing his guitars, gardening, cooking, trail-riding, and watching anything sports related. He was the ‘mayor’ of the cul-de-sac and he could be seen swapping stories with his neighbors. He touched many hearts and will be deeply missed.
