She was born on October 15, 1914 in Golden Meadows, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jay Watkins, son, Arthur Watkins, and two granddaughters, Jerri and Cheryl.
She is survived by her two children, seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and visitors on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Highway 59 North, Kingwood, Texas 77339.
