Janet Edith Hadley

Janet Edith Hadley, age 73, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born October 5, 1939 in Bay City, Michigan to Norman Douglas Lamar and Eva Elizabeth Bauer Lamar.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Karen Nyquist. Mrs. Hadley is survived by her loving husband, Robert Hadley Sr. of Kingsville; one son, Robert Hadley Jr. (Julie) of South Lake, Texas; two daughters, Melissa Hadley of Moody, Texas and Lorena DeVos (Mark) of Corpus Christi; eight grandchildren, Virginia Hadley, Veronica Hadley, Benjamin Hadley, Brandon Hadley, Quincy Hadley, Rachael Bradley, Katie DeVos and Hailey DeVos; one great-grandson, Landon Bradley; and brother, Norman D. Lamar Jr. (Roxanne) of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Visitation will take place Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2013 at Epiphany Episcopal Church, Kingsville. Graveside service will follow in Corpus Christi at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.

Services are entrusted to Turcotte-Piper Mortuary, 205 General Cavazos Blvd., Kingsville, Texas.
