Rachel B. Williams, age 73, entered into rest April 26, 2013 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Rachel was a native of Scott Co.VA , and a longtime resident of Kingsport. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Williams; daughter, Linda Lynn Williams; several sisters and one brother. Rachel is survived by two sons, David Williams and Steve Williams; daughter Helen Williams Greer; grandson, Michael Greer; sister Jerry Peters all of Kingsport. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home, with services to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
