Paul Dorey, age 67, entered into rest February 17, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital in Bristol, Tennessee. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, July 17, 1944, to the late Arthur and Mildred Bergmann Dorey, Paul was a longtime resident of Tucson, Arizona, before moving to Church Hill in July of 2011. He retired after many years of service with Earhart Equipment in Tucson. After his retirement he found his second career and love of pet sitting in his business, Paul's Pet Sitting, and in assisting in the creation of the Tucson Pet Care Network. Paul was a lifelong car enthusiast and a founding member and the 1st President of the Connecticut Street Rod Assoc. While in Tucson, he was an active member of the Over the Hill Gang, West Side Rides, and Good Times Rods and Customs Clubs. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Brenda; daughter Heather and her husband Blake Hall; two grandchildren, Alexis and Kaitlynn; one brother, Peter Dorey of Hartford. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Celebrations, 2823 N. Stone Avenue,Tucson.
