Martha Lucille “Lucy” Winegar, 94, went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2024 surrounded by family and friends after a period of declining health. Lucy was born June 3, 1930 in Blountville, Tennessee to Earl Clarence and Cynthia Ella Clark Harr. She was a lifelong member of Blountville Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of almost 63 years, Grove R. Winegar; son, Mark Winegar (Fern); brothers, Clarence Harr (Dot), Willard Harr (Jerrie), Herman Harr (Betty), Dale Harr, and Jerry Harr; sister, Sue Wagner (Fred).
