He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Barbara Jean Bise; and grandparents, Clifton A. Bise, Sr., Lea Audrey Bise, Benjamin Otto Alley, and Ida Francis Alley.
Bobby is survived by his father, Herman Lewis Bise; his sisters, Connie (Tony) Byington and Julie (Chad) Wallace; nephews, Jeremy & wife Rachel and Cody Byington & wife Amy, and Eli Wallace; nieces, April Davidson & husband Casey and Caitlyn Wallace; as well as several great-nephews and great-nieces who brought him great joy.
A lifelong fan of University of Tennessee sports, Bobby also enjoyed collecting baseball cards, coins, and various other memorabilia. His hobbies brought him joy and connected him with countless others who shared his interests.
Bobby will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his kind spirit, sense of humor, and the love he shared with his family and friends. A private service for immediate family will be held in his honor.
