Billy Wayne Collins, 51, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He loved fishing and working on cars.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents Linda and Kenneth Collins. He is survived by his wife Deborah Collins, son Stephen McCauley of Kingsport, TN, son Christopher Collins of Bradenton, FL, son Harley Collins of Church Hill, TN, son Matthew Collins of Maryville, TN, sister Beverly Hicks of Church Hill, TN. As well as his grandchildren Efren, Alex, Ariona, Celesta, Aaron, Harley Jr., Isabella, Gwenelda, Aiden and several nieces and nephews.
