Mr. Thomas P. Lockett

and Lorena M. Emsley Lockett. Mr. Lockett passed away, Friday, May 24, 2019 at his residence in Frisco, Texas. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Killeen for many years and served as church President and Treasurer. He married Cynthia Haedge Immanuel September 15, 1955. He was a member of several organizations being American Legion, AARP, and National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

After 3 yeas in the Army-Air Force during WWII, he graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He later received his Master’s Degree from East Texas State, Commerce, Texas in Guidance Counseling. He worked many jobs throughout his life. The one he was most proud of was the Federal Bureau of Prison Systems. He retired after 20 plus years and then worked for the State of Texas Health and Human Services.

Tom Lockett is survived by his wife Cynthia (Headge) of 63 1/2 years of Frisco, Texas, sons Paul M Lockett and spouse, of Hempstead, Texas, Tim Lockett and spouse of Aquilla, Texas, daughters, Susan Davis and spouse, and Nancy Lockett of Killeen. One brother Fred S. Lockett of Bremerton, Washington and a sister Lela A. Coryell of Huson, Montana. Also seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday , June 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home Chapel

Burial will be at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery
