He was born to the parental stewardship of George H. Wilson and Annie Richardson Wilson on February 21, 1959, in Nurnberg, Germany. Sovereignly sanctified the youngest of eight children, he pursued the path of life maximizing it to the fullest extent of personal perception.
He was reared in a military family with godly influence sown into the fabric of his life. The fruit of this would result in his acceptance of Jesus Christ as his personal Savior during the latter days of his earthly tenure.
His educational path was initiated in the Killeen Independent School District. He attended Haynes Elementary School, Manor Junior High School and, completed his formal years of education at Killeen High School in May of 1977. After graduating from high school, Robert became a mechanic and master glass installer for businesses, homes, and cars. He loved to work on cars and would always make time to help his friends maintain their vehicles.
Notably perceived to be friendly, fun and engaging a fulfilling life, Robert gained the admiration and appreciation of his family friends and acquaintances.
On the evening of February 9, 2015 Robert was lovingly summoned by his Lord to enter into His eternal Presence.
Among those preceding his deliverance from this life are his wife: Allyson Bond; two brothers: Abraham Richardson and, infant brother Joseph Richardson; grandparents: Rev. Carey and Nola Brown Richardson and William and Minnie Waters Wilson.
Among those left to anticipate the family reunion in eternity at the return of our Lord are his children: Emery L. Conway, Sr. of Kiln, MS; Robert W. Wilson, Jr. of Memphis, TN; and twins Juquan and Juquana Wilson of Killeen, TX.; loving parents: George H. and Annie Wilson of Killeen, TX; devoted siblings: James E. Wilson, Sr. (Roscener), Mary Mosby, Kenneth Wilson (Lorna Haskins) all of Killeen, TX, Shirley Wilson of Austin, TX, and Susan Renee’ Hardnick (Richard) of Pflugerville, TX; grandchildren: Elesia Conway, Emery L. Conway Jr., Kyla Conway, Ja'keria Watson, and Tanija Johnson of Columbus, GA; Keishawn Wilson of San Antonio, TX; Anevia Wilson of Memphis, TN; and Emery M. Conway and Eli Conway of Kiln, MS.; and a host of loved ones, extended family members, and friends.
