Marjorie Deardorff

Marjorie was born in St. Joseph, MO on August 1, 1934. She married the love of her life in 1950. Marjorie passed just two months after her husband of 74 years. Even death could not keep them apart. Now they walk the streets of Heaven hand in hand. Marjorie read the word daily, kept her family in her prayers and made sure they were in church every Sunday.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Deardorff, her parents, Rubin and Gladys , brothers George and John and sisters Alice and Bonnie.

Marjorie is survived by one daughter, Brenda Arnold of Killeen, TX, one son Don Deardorff (wife Mary Lou) of Sequin, TX. Additionally, she has five grandchildren, Mike Yadusky, Katie Yadusky (husband Willie), Jacob Deardorff, Laura Deardorff and Joy Deardorff. She also has numerous great grandchildren.

A Visitation for Marjorie will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, TX 765421654. A Funeral Service will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, 1615 South Fort Hood Road, Killeen, TX 765421654. A Committal Service will occur Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542.
