Linda Paulette Roach

On December 23, 2022, Linda Paulette Vissering Roach, passed away in her home in Salado, Texas and is now with Our Lord. For over 48 years, Paulette was a loving and devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, Terry Roach. She was also a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother “Nan”, Sister, Teacher, and Friend. Paulette is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Grant and Vicky Roach; her two grandchildren ”The Light of Her Life”, Savannah Belle and Jett Terry Roach; her sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Dean Bryant; her brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Linda Vissering; her sister-in-law, Kay Rook; her YaYa Friends; her Pewitt Classmates, and many others whose lives she touched with her kindness.

After graduating from Sam Houston University, Paulette’s career was spent teaching business courses to high school students in Harker Heights, Texas, where she and Terry settled after Terry’s military career. Paulette has always been active in serving Our Lord. She was the Baptist Church Secretary in Naples, Texas when she was in high school; she worked closely with the Baptist Church Youth Group, and most recently she spent every Monday morning counting and posting the funds collected each Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Killeen. Since retiring in 2016, Paulette has enjoyed spending precious time and making fond memories with her two grandchildren--Savannah and Jett.

Paulette was predeceased by her wonderful Christian parents, Wilma Jo Tigert Vissering and John Paul Vissering, and her adoring husband, Terry Roach. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and will always be remembered in their hearts.
